| How Far away is Bierman from the U? We are conveniently located in the heart of Dinkytown, steps away from the University of Minnesota campus. Bierman Place is 1 short block from Bierman Field Athletic Building, Bierman Track and Field Stadium, the football practice stadium, and Siebert Baseball Stadium. We are 3 blocks from the Dinky Dome, about 4 blocks from the East Bank Campus and a 10-minute walk to Coffman Memorial Union. Who lives here? Our typical residents are college-aged and appreciate our dorm-style living environment. What does the rent include? Your rent includes a fully furnished apartment (unfurnished options available), utilities (excluding electricity), and high-speed T-1 Internet services. What furniture is included in rent? Each bedroom is complete with a desk with keyboard pull out and chair, a dresser/armoire and bed with additional drawers underneath. The common area living room comes with a kitchen table and chairs, 2 end tables, a 2-person love seat, one lamp and a hanging light. How much is parking? We have both surface level and heated underground parking options. Our surface level parking is behind our building and is $75 per month. Our heated underground parking garage sits below our building and allows you to take the elevator right up to your floor. These assigned spaces are $95 per month. Are there maintenance technicians available 24 hours a day? Yes. Our maintenance technicians are available during regular business hours. We also have on-call technicians available 24-hours a day for emergencies. |
