Living at Bierman Place is great because of the location. You're right in Dinkytown and you're super close to campus. The walk to campus is safe and you also get to walk past Subway, Jimmy Johns and Potbelly's plus so many more convenient places to grab some food on your way to campus. There's a CVS pharmacy just a few blocks away which is a nice place to grab some groceries if you don't have a car. The best part is that the apartments are clean and the front desk service is great.
