In order for us to process your paperwork ALL of the following must be turned in:

·        1 Student Application

·        1 Co-Signer/Guarantor Application

·        1 Personal Guarantor Form (To be notarized at a Bank or a Library, or if Co-signer comes in person to present I.D. to us, we can notarize it here)

·        A check for the application fee ($45)

·        A check for the security deposit ($300 - This is held as a damage deposit until you move out.  Once you are approved, the check will be cashed.)

·        Security Deposit Agreement (Proof that you paid your security deposit)
